From WWII hero to Hollywood fame, Christopher Lee has given us his life in more ways than one. He hunted Nazi criminals and brought them to justice, possibly inspiring much Ian Flemming’s James Bond. Later in life he gave us Dracula, Dooku, and Saruman. He has played the gambit of villains to heroes and even the occasional sidekick. This iconic man is perhaps the greatest if not, most memorable actor we have known in the past forty years. At 93 he has died. He has left us with memories of his characters and he shall always hold a dear spot in my heart.
In honor of Sir Christopher Lee I give you “The Bloody Verdict of Verden”, aka “The Blood of the Saxon Men” belonging to the album “Charlemagne: By the Sword and the Cross”
Rest In Peace My Friend.
